Press Power Group specialises in the supply and installation of electrical and energy efficiency systems as well as the preventative and reactive maintenance services for electrical contracts and projects throughout Central West NSW.
This statement recognises the requirements of ISO 9001 & ensures that Press Power Group
- Will promote and communicate this policy to all company personnel.
- Commit to advancing our quality management system and processes considering best practices available, including, but not limited to, technologies, current knowledge, understanding our customers’ needs and expectations, and employee satisfaction.
- Deliver the company’s mission and vision statement.
- Provide quality workmanship by committed and trained staff at all levels of the company.
- Provide value for money by using quality products from our preferred suppliers.
- Work with suppliers to ensure a valuable, efficient, and reliable supply chain.
- Provide training and resources to all company personnel to ensure that work can be completed as per the customer’s expectations.
- Satisfy all applicable external requirements, relevant laws, regulations, statutory requirements, and internal requirements.
- Ensure that there are adequate resources, both technical and human, to prevent any quality deficiencies in the company, and to ensure that the company’s vision is satisfied.
- Set measurable objectives that will be continually monitored for improvement.
- Commit to continually assess risk and opportunities and improve our quality management system and its processes to ensure we are always delivering quality service that is efficient and scalable.
To achieve these objectives and ensure that our customers’ expectations are met, Press Power Group is committed to implementing and maintaining continual improvement of the Quality Management System and its associated sub-systems.
