Press Power Group specialises in the supply and installation of electrical and energy efficiency systems as well as the preventative and reactive maintenance services for electrical contracts and projects throughout Central West NSW.

- Will promote and communicate this policy to all company personnel.
- Provide and maintain a safe working environment for all employees, contractors, customers, clients, and the community.
- Will remove, or minimise risks to the health, safety and welfare of others and the environment in all work applications.
- Set measurable objectives that will be continually monitored for improvement.
- Commit to continually improving safety performance and management systems to eliminate work related injury and/or illnesses.
- Commit to minimising psychosocial hazards within the workplace.
- Will ensure that ALL WHS incidents, including “near misses” are documented and reported, where applicable, to the relevant authorities, as soon as possible.
- Commit to the improvement of mental and physical health of all our employees.
- Commit to the consultation and communication with all company personnel (including subcontractors) on health and safety matters, and request feedback.
- Commit to comply with all relevant safety legislation and any other requirements placed upon the organisation.
- Set standards that comply with the relevant statutory requirements relating to health, safety, and welfare regarding the effect on employees, contractors, visitors, and the public.
- Ensure that employees have adequate personal protective equipment required for all tasks to be undertaken.
- Provide guidance, instruction, training, documentation, and supervision for safe methods of work to be undertaken for all tasks.
- Provide guidance, instruction, and training on how to complete pre-work job safety assessments, and how to read, utilise and implement Safe Work Method Statements.
- Provide training and resources to company personnel to ensure that work can be completed safely.
- Train all employees to be aware of their own responsibilities in respect to the relevant health and safety matters and ensure that they actively participation the prevention of accidents.
All employees have a responsibility to be accountable for their own safety and for those of those around them, including colleagues, customers, clients, contractors, and the public. It is expected that all employees will always be operating in a safe and appropriate manner. Press Power Group is committed to ensuring that employees to return home in the same manner that they arrived to work in.
